The agreement
- These terms govern your access to and use of Parelate, including the website, member experience, tools and subscriptions.
- Parelate is owned and operated by Legacy Athletes International LLC.
- By creating an account or using Parelate, you agree to these terms.
What Parelate is
- Parelate provides guidance and language for parents of athletes.
- Parelate is not therapy, medical care, legal advice or crisis care.
- If you or your athlete is in crisis, contact local emergency services or a licensed professional.
Membership and billing
- Access to the member experience requires an active paid membership.
- Membership renews on the term you selected unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.
Your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to use Parelate lawfully.
- You retain ownership of the content you submit and grant us a limited license to host and process it in order to provide the service.
No guaranteed outcomes
- Legacy Athletes International LLC does not guarantee any particular outcome, including performance, playing time, relationships, team placement or recruiting results.
Suspension and changes
- We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these terms, misuse, or where necessary to protect users and the service.
- We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
